CCS Inspection Services, LLC was founded by Steven and Chelsea Evans with one primary goal in mind: To help homeowners and investors obtain a property that meets or exceeds their safety and structural standards. Steven is a retired veteran of the U.S. Army’s 1st Special Forces Group. Amongst other duties, as an 18C (Special Forces Senior Engineer Sergeant), Steven was responsible for all construction needs. His ingenuity helped him create comfort by building and enhancing his teams living quarters with all available materials. He served in Thailand, The Philippines, and Afghanistan where he was awarded a Purple Heart, Bronze Star and two Army Commendation medals. Steven vows to offer the same commitment to you as he has to our country. Chelsea is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and an Associate’s in Business Administration – Accounting. She worked as an accountant for 10 years before becoming a mortgage loan officer.  Together, Steven and Chelsea’s vast knowledge and dedication to helping others ensures you will receive the highest quality home inspection. Connor has six months of walking experience, vast knowledge of milk consumption, and how to get what he wants through tactical precision crying. His best friend is Arlo, who is an expert in secretly eating vegetables that Connor prefers not to eat.
